Hi, I am new to InstallShield and the project that I am dealing with have issues in deleting shortcuts at the Start Menu. i am not able delete the shortcut in the start menu during uninstallation. there are 3 shortcuts with same icon and associated with different components and other two are getting deleted . so anyone can help me solving this. and i would like to solve this without the help of install script.
