Installshield Offline Registration

Hi all,

I have a problem while trying to activate Installshield offline...

I have run the Activation Wizard on the machine running Installshield and compiled the licence request XML, saved it to a file "license.request", and then gone here on another machine to try to get the response file:

Unfortunately, when I click "Process", I get the message "The activation request XML was missing or malformed".

Given that it's XML that comes from a Revenara website, there's not a lot I can do about it...   If anyone has any idea what I need to do, I'd be incredibly grateful.

I will attach the license request file - I have had to anonymise some values, but the structure is intact..
