Installshield Express compatability with 2022 and integration in Azure Devops

Hello,

A few questions on Installshield Express R3 2020.

(1) Will the Installshield project file be compatible with VS2022?

I experienced that the Installshield Lite format was incompatible with 2019. We had then invested some time in VS2017 projects which then were incompatible with VS2019

(2) Can a Installshield Express project be built in an Azure Devops Services pipeline.

Are there additional requirements/costs?
