Installshield 2013 Limited Edition Activation Issue
Thus far, I have attempted to add Installshield LE to a new development machine with Visual Studio 2010. I'm having problems with the activation step as the "Please wait while we validate the serial number you entered..." screen's progress bar goes to 100% and then gets stuck (freezes, does not continue). There are no "next" or other controls on this window - but if I activate the window and press "return" - a window displays "Activation Complete!". Here I can press "Finish" and doing so causes Visual Studio to go to "Not responding" forever.
After a kill/re-load of VS2010, Installshield is still not activated.
I've tried the command-line tsconfig method. This does not seem to activate Installshield 2013LE.
My operating system is Windows 8.1 x64.
I haven't had this issue with an earlier install of Installshield 2013LE on a different machine (installed 6/2014).
As a side note - I have tried activating with firewall and virus scan turned off - still the same behavior.
Regards,
Jason

Which tsconfig command did you use?
Try forcing the product into an offline activation by running the following command: TSconfig /activate /no_internet.
Let me know if this helps.
