Installshield 2012 - Uninstall problem

Hi there,

We have Installshield 2012 - Adminstudio edition.

I created a new MSI BASIC project.
I created a new folder under c: volume and added 2 files.
I compiled the project and got MSI file.

I installed the msi on a computer and got the 2 files under the folder i created.

When i uninstalled the MSI, the files were still there.

How can i make sure the MSI file will uninstall all the files he installed originally?

I want to add that this problem occures only if the file name are in Hebrew Language.
If the files are in English, There is not problem and the files are deleted.
