Installshield 2012 Professional License reactivation

Ladies and Gentleman,
we bought this software (Installshield 2012 Spring Professional) in august 2012 and want to activate it again on a new computer. But every time we want to activate this software we do not receive a activation mail on support@flexerasoftware.com .
Could you provide us a solution for this problem?
