Installshield 2011 Pro installed and licensed, IS LE shows in VS201

Hi -
I have IS 2011 installed and working on my build machine, as well as Visual Studio 2010- both work great seperately. The problem I'm having is that in VS2010, when I open or add a 'New Project' only Installshield LE shows in the 'Project Types' tree.

I have tried two KB articles I found online, but still, only LE shows. (http://kb.flexerasoftware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=Q209060&sliceId=) I know this is something simple, but I'm stuck, and forum searches haven't yielded any usable results yet...

Note that LE and the full version hook in different places in the new project tree, see attached screenshot (it's from a German version of Visual Studio, but you get the idea).
