Installshield 2009 Express Crash while building QuickPatching Project

Sorry,
I have create a new QuickPatch project and when I try to build the setup, the Installshield IDE crash. The output log display "Updating application files...".
Environment:
Windows Vista Ultimate Edition 32 Bit
Visual studio 2008
Italian Language

Please apply the hotfix attached to this post by following the steps below, and let me know if it solves the issue.

[LIST=1]
  • Make a backup copy of C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2009 Express\System\ISWIBuild.dll
  • Copy the attached ISWIBuild.dll to the C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2009 Express\System folder
    • ISWIBuild.zip
