I installed installshield several days ago and registered it straight away. Since I was busy and the activation button wasn't on the help menu, I left activation.
Today I tried to activate, and at the end of the process it simply gave me a message saying it couldn't activate.
Now the activate button has dissappeared from the About Screen, to be replaced by a register button. Trying to register again fails as "This serial number has already been registered."
