Installscript setup error

Hello Team,

 

I am getting this error while setup launch.  Error Code: -5001 : 0xffffec75. Can you please share some details why it prompted ? I need some details so I can troubleshoot the error in my setup.

Sorry about the delayed response.

Based on my research, this error might occur if the product was not uninstalled completely and properly.

If this is the case, you could try using a 3rd-party tool, such as Revo Uninstaller, to forcibly remove and clean up the product.
