Installscript programming tutorial
Hi,
Does the above exists? I am looking for a good installscript programming book.
I need to create a installscript for a basic MSI package that does the following:
* Check if the application is installed based on a registry value.
* If the application is installed then give an option to quit and manually uninstall the application or continue to install another copy of the application.
any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

You don't need InstallScript to do that, MSI can do those things natively. Have you looked at Multiple Instance MSI?
