Installer can't restart PC in all cases

Hi,

I'm just about finished with my install project and everything is working great except when the installer tries to re-start the PC at the user prompt after install is finished. Roughly a third of the PC's tested do not re-start when instructed to.

I reallly don't think that this is an InstallShield issue but was hoping that someone else may have encountered this before. Thus far, Google searches have been inconclusive.

Hmm. I am having the same problem. If anyone has any ideas on this, I'd appreciate it too.

Also, I'm wondering if it has anything to do with delaying the reboot after the installation / requisite of installing .NET?
