I'm trying to port a pre-existing project from Visual Studio 2008 Win7 to Visual Studio 2013 Win10. The solution requires "setup project" which apparently doesn't exist anymore for VS 2013. It's been replaced by InstallShield. InstallShield is apparently included in the VS 2013 distribution, but it requires registration. I received a registration number after I filled out the form to get a registration number. When I follow the instructions to register, a window pops up telling me I have to register online. The computer I'm working on does not have an internet connection. How to I register InstallShield without a network connection?
