InstallShield reactivation???

We have been using installshield2012 for about 10 years, we installed installshield on a WinXP computer and it has been working perfectly fine. 
Yesterday, installshield asked us to activate it again, we followed the steps, but installshield prompted that the license is used by other computers,
 and repeated the operation for many times is still invalid, in fact, we have not installed installshield on other computers, 
please help me kindly see what happened? thank a lot

Thank you for contacting Revenera Support.

We can assist you in reactivating InstallShield. However, starting July 1, 2022, InstallShield Activation Service will be discontinued and none of the versions from InstallShield 11 to InstallShield 2013 will not be able to reactivate.

Hence we recommend you to upgrade your InstallShield to latest version and avail technical support for any project that you create.

Hi, we are about to upgrade our old installshield2012, how much will it cost? Our old projects are all made in installshield2012, will it affect our old projects after the upgrade? Which version is better to upgrade to?

InstallShield 2012 has reached its end-of-life, so InstallShield 2012 is no longer supported. Please contact us via the Contact Us Form at the following link to acquire InstallShield 2021, which is the latest supported InstallShield version:

We cannot guarantee that the upgrade from InstallShield 2012 to InstallShield 2021 will be seamless. There were more than a few InstallShield versions in between. InstallShield 2021 will attempt to automatically upgrade your InstallShield 2012 project. However, there is a chance that it may be best that you create your project from scratch as a new project. Once you acquire InstallShield 2021, which includes an active support plan (maintenance plan), we would be happy to help you in deciding whether to proceed with the upgraded project or a new project.
