InstallShield reactivation Error 20653

Hello,

we have used InstallShield 2012 Spring on a virtual Maschine. We have moved the virtual machine to another Host and and the old host does not exist any longer. Unfortunately we have not deactivated the License within  the old Environment.

When we start the Programm we have to reactivate InstallShield - but when we do this we get a message "the license for this Computer is in use on another Computer" (Error 20653)

Is it possible to generally disable the existing license and get a new one? Are there other possible Solutions?

You need to contact Flexera Support with license details to return the license and activate again on your new machine.
