InstallShield express 2016 queries

Hi,

We are using InstallShield express 2016 to publish our application which is build on 64bit. We are having below queries

  1. SETTING to create application setup with administrative privilege (Run as administrator).
  2. Disable Modify/Repair/Remove dialog and setup should ask to uninstall previous application.
  3. Shortcuts are not getting removed from target PC after uninstalling software.
  4. Where can we get merge module of AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe.
  5. Where can we get merge modules of CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_15.msi.

Do we need to install InstallShield on 64bit machine to create setup of 64 bit application
