InstallShield can't find my icon

I'm using InstallShield LE for Visual Studio 2010, and I've added an icon file (.ico) to my project.

I added an icon file (Icon1.ico) to my WinForms Project. But InstallShield keeps telling me it "cannot extract icon with index 0" from my .exe file. Is there something more I need to do to make it find-able?
