InstallShield activation faild

i download and install the InstallShield Limited edition.after that i can't register the product ,the error shown in the registration process is invalid key or already registered.
the key that i used was the mail received from flexerasoftware.

Hello,

Can you please ensure there is no additional space at the end of the activation key when you copy\paste from the email?

I will however send you another key in the private message which you can use to activate if the first one did not work.
