InstallShield Wizard Error 13004 with IS 2020 Express X64 Setup

Hello,

I've created an X64 Setup with IS 2020 R3 Express. While executing the setup an "InstallShield Wizard" messagebox appears in the end:

I do not want to use the update service/agent. How can I disable this behviour in the setup project? Other setups I have created do not show this messsagebox.
