I need activation assistance with my product please. i am trying to move InstallShield 2014 pro from an older server to a newer one. i got around the install issues but i cannot get past deactivating the old and activating the new.
offline returns a denied response every time and i cannot get an activation code on my new machine. i cannot afford an upgrade at this point either.
the product and license center keeps denying my request when using the offline method.
sorry for posting here but the support portal would not allow me to submit a support ticket for activation.
