InstallShield Express for Use on Visual Studio Express 2012

I would like to know how to use InstallShield Express (free-version) with Visual Studio Express 2012. I installed the packaged but it does not show up in my list of project types. Please assist.

If this is not possible, what is the best option for a free software installation package?

Unfortunately, Visual Studio Express does not have support for plug-ins such as InstallShield.
