We used netsh http delete urlacl command in unistall.vbs script during uninstallation with all of previous versions of Install Shield.
Updated to IS2022 and it is not working.
Any help would be much appreciated

Could you please are you trying to uninstall previous version of installshield(EX: IS2020 or IS2019) using installshield 2022 installation?
Are your trying to create a setup.exe in IS2022 to uninstall your older version of installers?
