[InstallShield 2022] Add Language Wizard update Fail

hello

I am using installshield 2022 premier product.

An error occurs when installing the Korean language pack using the "Add new Language Wizard".

"Updating.... Click on Stop to stop the update.
Failed to update My Project.ism"

I don't have any logs or information about the failure, so I'm asking for help.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your Help > About InstallShield screen from your copy of InstallShield?

Could you please try performing a repair of your copy of InstallShield? If the issue persists after a repair, could you please uninstall then reinstall InstallShield?

I reinstalled installshield but still the same issue.

The version is 28.0.700

Is there any way to extract logs related to this?
