InstallShield 2019 enable windows role/feature during install

The older documentation mentions a "packages" view but I do not see a "packages" option in installshield 2019. Is there a way to install/configure a windows role during install?

Here is the older documentation that doesn't seem applicable to newer versions

Enabling windows feature is available in Installshield suite project, still available in the latest InstallShield 2019 version.
