what are the differences between InstallShield 2019 Premier Perpetual License and InstallShield 2019 Standalone Build License Perpetual License?

The Standalone Build license is a command line only driven build engine.

It can be used to build installers via the command line after it is been fully designed and authored in the Installshield IDE.

If you are after Installshield with a full GUI, then you will need the InstallShield 2019 Premier Perpetual License.
