InstallShield 2018 R2 (perpetual license) license revalidation problem

Everything was fine with our InstallShield 2018 R2 installation on my machine, until yesterday when it requested to re-validate the license. I got the message "The specified quantity exceeds the maximum allowed quantity (0)". We have InstallShield 2018 R2 Professional Perpetual License

TSConfig.exe /return /no_internet doesn't work; server rejects the request with some kind of XML request error message.

How to fix it?

UPDATE: problem solved after contacting support@revenera.com
