InstallShield 2015 LE Activation Failure

Hi Team,

I am trying to InstallShield 2015 Limited Edition to go with Visual Studio 2015 Professional. I am trying to activate the InstallShield through offline activation using the serial number provided. I save the License.request file and upload it to the link, https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/offlineActivation, but the activation.xml file that is returned always says "DENIED" and "That the request yields no right to a license.". Please advise what do I need to do to make this activation work?

For activation issues, I think Installshield people will recommend you contact them directly. See this recent post:
