InstallScript Project vs InstallScript MSI Project

Can anyone give me the difference between an "InstallScript" project vs. an "InstallScript MSI" projecT?

From what I can tell you can use scripting and custom dialog boxes for both projects. Also they both run on the MS Windows platform. So why would I want to choose one over the other?

Both projects having support for scripting and custom dialogs. Installscript Msi is based on MSI table and as it is mentioned it's an hybrid of MSI and Installscript.
