Install to System32 not SysWOW64

I am using InstallShield 2012 to edit and ISM for a Basic MSI. All I need is for the files to go to System32 and not SysWOW64 on Windows 7. This MSI is going to be used on XP 32bit and WIN7 64bit.

I am really new at editing a MSI like this. I've seen stuff about disabling WOW64FSREDIRECTION, but I have no clue how to do this in InstallShield.

So my main goal is to get the files to go to System32 on WIN7 and not SysWOW64.

you can create a pure 64 bit installer and the rest will be taken care.

Set the template summary to X64 and component to 64 bit
