Install shield error - “An installation support file could not be installed – catastrophic failure”.

I run an Installer (built with Install Shield version 6.3) on a Windows Server 2019 (with AMD processor).

The Installation failed with the error “An installation support file could not be installed – catastrophic failure”.

What is the "installation support file"?

Is there a work around to fix this issue?

Are you actually still using InstallShield Professional 6 ?
