Install sheild vs Install shield limited edition

Hi,

Can some one help me on the limitations on Install shield limited edition 2015.

I have a project created in ISLE 2015(xx.isl).
I want to add the feature similar to the Upgrades(mentioned in the attatchement) in the Install shield 2015 premier.
I am unable to find this feature in the ISLE.

You can create a setup file and distribute it to users so that they can install a desktop application or component without being connected to a network. InstallShield Limited Edition is free for users Visual Studio Professional and Enterprise editions. It replaces Windows Installer technology, which Visual Studio no longer supports.
