Install sheild Express win7 64bit

hi,

(I am new to installsheild and installer)
Does Installsheild 2012 Express version supports installation on Win7 64bit OS?

Our proprietary code generates few COM dlls, and .exe using visual studio.
Here we are using all 32-bit binaries, which are running on both 32bit and 64 bit machines.

Now if we use Installsheild2012 Express version can we generate setup files for 32bit and 64bit environment. ?

Any hints would be of great help.
