Install hangs on install initialize on Terminal Server

I have an install that works fine on all systems but just on one Terminal Server it seems to hang forever (didn't tried yet for a long time like 30min and more, I always killed process after 10min via TaskMan).

Has anybody an idea what could cause this problem!?

I just had to wait 20min. The cpu usage was 25% but I could not see progress in dialog and install Log.

If you have this problem just wait and after a long time the setup will suddenly finish.
