Can't convert project

I was having trouble importing a header file for MSI. I learned that I needed to convert my project but, All converters under Project/Project Converters tab are gray.

How can I convert my Install Script project into a Install Script + MSI project?

you might need re-packager tool to convert a script project to MSI-script project
