Install for current/all users scenario
We created installer (InstallScript MSI project) and test next scenario:
1. Install for user1 with option "for current user"
2. Install for user2 with option "for all users"
Installer allows user2 to install application and there are two instances of app in "Add/Remove Programs".
Is it correct behavior of Installshield? Can we deny installing for all users by user2?

Any ideas? Is any documentation available for installer behavior on computer with multiple users?
