I'm not sure this this is the place to bring this problem. I'm not even sure what version of Install Shield I have installed. When I run Install Shield Update Manager, here's what I get:
Do any of you have any clues as to how I can get the rest of the page to display so I can ascertain if there are any updates available for three sets of software I have that use this program? It has behaved this way since the day it was first installed, and subsequent installs of the program by later applications did not change this behavior.
