Install IS2009 error and failed registration

After I tested the trial IS2009 version, we bought a license from our software provider.

I tried to activate the trial version but the verification keeps coming back saying that the Serial Number is not registered. On the registration website it says that the SN is registered already.

I keep trying since this morning (4-5 hours) so I think that I allowed the "few minutes" delay.

I also uninstalled the trial version altogether, including my older IS 9.0 that I had.

I downloaded again the IS2009 setup from my vendor link. When I installed it at the very end an error occured:

Internal Error: 2753 agent.exe 4747EFCD_A8CE_4016_80F6_050BCAD9FE72

but the IS2009 is installed. I still cannot activate it.

Somebody knows how can I activate the software?

The activation problem is resolved.

The installation error does not affect me (for now?), so I'll go with it.
