Ini's by feature

Is there a way to tie INI's to a particular feature install?

What type of project are you using? If it's MSI, the settings you put in the INI File Changes view are tied to a component, and you can place the component in the desired feature or features...

Ah, I see now. Each INI file has component as field, instead of it being broken into sections like the rest of the project.
