My client has decided to change the name of a product that has been around for two years. What he wants done, when installed, is to remove his product if it is already installed. Due to the name change, the install directory has changed as well as a number of files and components.
My question is : what is the best way to uninstall previous versions (custom action calling msiexec,etc....)
