Immediate Excution Custom Action - UI Sequence - After ExecuteAction

If I have a Custom Action that runs after the execute action is complete... is there anyway to tell if the installer succeeded or failed.

Is there a property or something that I can do a condition with...

Does the post-ExecuteAction action run at all if the installation fails?
