I've got a problem where I need to change to icons of the exe packages. I read that this was possible by modifying the 'setup*.exe' files in: "redist\languange independant\i386"
Here is a list of the files i've modified successfully: setup.exe setupW.exe setupce.exe setupPreReq.exe setupPreReqW.exe
This is only partially working as almost all kinds of packages gets the new icon, however, one specific ism just won't take it. As far as we can see from our end there is no difference regarding to "icon setup" between the various ism's that we are using.
Have I missed some additional icon file?

EDIT: Here is a interesting event that followed. I tried doing the exact same changes on another build machine and now all icons are showing properly, still same error on previous machine though. I have emptied the "icon cache" as well as restarted both computer and explorer process but still not getting it right.
