ISReMan is fairly version agnostic, but it will also not preserve a signature. Doing so would be impossible, as modifying a manifest is modifying the file. Digital signatures are designed to detect any modifications to a file.

thank for your answer..
Can i resign digital signatures Manually after embedded manifest ?
I find isign.exe in IS folder but i dont have *pvk file and password .
I tested Xp sp3 32/64 Vista sp2 32/64 Win7 32/64 but only
vista 64 show "Program Compatibility Assistant " dialog when code use "abort" or "exit" function.
So i need to add manifest to fix this issue.

InstallShield DevStudio was never tested against Windows Vista or Windows 7 before its release, so adding these manifests can be very misleading. If you can sign the file once, you should have everything you need to sign it after changing its manifest. If you are receiving a file signed by another party, you should not be changing it.

Thank you very much for the answer.
I have found a way to make "Program Compatibility Assistant " dialog avoided.
