when trying to run following command
"C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\Developer\System\IsCmdBld.exe" -p "..\InstallSrc\MMProjects\My_ActiveX_Control.ism" -a ENU -r Debug
Got error ISDEV : fatal error -6199: Internal build error.
I have install InstallShield StandaloneBuild8SP2. Please see attached screenshot
