Hi,
I've got this problem at the beginning of the installation of my product (Probably into OnMoveData() event) in a machine with O.S. windows xp sp3 professional, account "IBM's User" with administration privileges.

I've tried to launch it using the administrator account and it crashes too.
I've reviewed the uninstall key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{DA5FF96F-BA06-4B06-B1FF-28093B98C1F9} in the registry, the temporal folder created in installation process and it is correct.

Installer created with InstallShield 2010 standalone

Could you help me with this problem?

After debugging the installation, the process stops when it is creating/accessing to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{GUID}\setup.ilg file.

This installer was created using:
InstallShield 2010 SP1 Standalone Build
Version: 16.00.0000

Do anybody know something about it?
