IIS Express installing if not present

I have .Net application that requires some IIS functionality on the user's desktop computer. I need to check if Microsoft IIS Express is installed, and if not install it during my software installation.
Microsoft has a standalone msi for IIS express that works great if I install it myself manually. How can integrate this into my installation.
I am using InstallShield 2013 Pro

That is easy to do with a Suite project.
Have you looked at that?

I am not familiar with that at all. I looked at the help and it says that the Pro edition does not include Suite, only Advanced UI
