IIS: Add Web Site disabled

I added a web site in the IIS view and now I want to add a second site but the Add Web Site selection on the menu is disabled. How can I create an install for mutiple websites?

The Express edition of InstallShield lets you create only one Web site per installation. The Premier and Professional editions let you create multiple Web sites per installation.
