Why does IS say error 1618 (another installation is already in progress)?

Hi,

When I try and run an installshield project I am building from IS 2010 or even from the deployed exe for that matter I get the error:

Fatal Error 1618 - Another installation is already in progress...

Thing is there isnt another installation already in progress and I have already re-booted.

What is the process that hosts the msi install pack is there a way i can force it to close down?

Do you see any MsiExec.exe in your process list via task manager?
