I have a key, how do I activate LE?

My computers are offline. I have a key received via email. When I try to Enable InstallShield LE it takes me to a start page with a link to download the package. I've already installed the package. I want to start using it now. Confused..

I reinstalled and now instead of taking me to the start page, It took me to an activation screen. Remember, I am offline. Now I copied the activation inforamtion and sneakernetted it off my machine to one connected to the internet. Now sending the activation information.

I now have the offline activation key and as soon as i'm prompted I will plug it in and hopefully that will be all to that.

So if you think you've installed ISLE 2012 and it's not working the way you think it shoud....install it again.
