How to require XP SP3 condition

Can anyone please tell me how to require XP SP3 or any other OS greater? We seem to have problems with installing SQLExpress on versions less than SP3.

I have the conditions setup so that All OSs except 2000 are accepted, but we seem to need SP3 for XP.

If you are working on the OS conditions of a setup prerequisite, I think that you need to add multiple coditions like this:

• Windows XP 32-bit (Service Packs=3 - )
  
• Windows 2003 Server 32-bit
  
• Windows Vista/Windows 2008 Server 32-bit
  
• Windows 7 Workstation 32-bit

In the Product condition builder I don't see an option for Windows XP or any of the other options. I see servicepacklevel but that's it.
