How to obtain SP1 for .Net 3.5 Framework?

I have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Prerequisite installed locally on my computer, and can select it to be included as a prerequisite for my Basic MSI apps.

However, I'd like to find and download the updated version of the 3.5 Framework, which has SP1. I've launched Tools / Prerequisite Downloader, selected "Donwload the latest InstallShield redistributable list from Acress", and clicked Next. But the list of downloads available does not include one for .NET v3.5 with SP1.

How may I obtain this prerequisite?

The .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 prerequisites are available in service pack 2 for InstallShield 2009. For more information, see KB Q200272.

They are also available from KB Q200284.
